after reviewing the account, it is indeed, good for beginner.. you can write in html if you understand them and you can choose not to.. google page creator is simpler than Microsoft Frontpage.
its just that, the page here is limited to the design offered.. i dont think you can create your own layout, but still, they have more than 40 designs to choose (yet to remember, this servise is not open to public yet, so i guess they'll have more soon)

this is the edit page. just click on the picture to view larger. as you can see, everything (text/body) is placed in a dotted-box.. therefore, only that space are available for editing..
